Indented paper is a bulky sheet made from recycled paper. The paper is indented either while wet or dry by passing through rollers with raised knobs and alternate hollows. This material has numerous uses for packaging and lining. It is flexible enough so that it will protect at any angle and can be folded without cracking. Typically manufactured are basis weights ranging from 26 to 50 lbs. and sold in sheets or rolls. Indented paper is used for packing furniture, appliances, glassware, pottery, tile, drugs, automobile parts, refrigerators, radios, washing machines and numerous other items. Additionally, indented has been used by dog and animal kennels.
